Anger is one of several natural emotions that we experience as human beings living in a world full of challenges to overcome. Properly channeling anger can be a positive stressor that motivates hard work. Left unmanaged, however, can lead to poor judgment and reckless or out-of-control behavior, such as physical or verbal outbursts which can cause problems at home or work. Anger management classes help you recognize the signs that you are becoming angry. You will learn to take back control of your emotions to express them healthily. Courses can be taught in groups or individually.
