What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, allows people who are undergoing stress, trauma, or life changes to heal, grow, and cope from painful experiences causing problems or issues in their lives. World of Hope uses a cognitive-behavioral approach, believing that you can overcome negative feelings and dysfunctional behavior with a change of thoughts and guidance.
